Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Redrawing Reality mobile application (the "App") operated by Jordy Tack ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Description of Service
Redrawing Reality is a projection mapping application that enables users to:
- Create visual projection mapping projects
- Analyze audio input to generate audio-reactive visual effects
- Use camera and photo library to capture and import media
- Store and sync projects across devices
- Access premium features through in-app subscriptions
- Receive optional push notifications for service updates and announcements
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must create an account to use certain features of the App
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
3.2 Account Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
- If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
3.3 Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 In-App Purchases
- The App offers subscription-based premium features
- Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
- Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
- All payments are handled securely by Apple
4.2 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled through your Apple App Store account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
4.3 Free Trial
- We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans
- You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged
- Free trials are limited to one per user account
- We reserve the right to determine free trial eligibility
5. User Content and Conduct
5.1 Your Content
- You retain all rights to content you create using the App
- You grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service
- You are responsible for backing up your content
- We are not responsible for loss or corruption of your content
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Create content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 App Ownership
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jordy Tack
- The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission
6.2 User License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on your personal devices
- Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
- Create and store projects using the App
7. Device Permissions
7.1 Required Permissions
The App requires certain device permissions to function:
- Camera: To capture photos and videos for projection mapping
- Microphone: To analyze audio for visual effects
- Photo Library: To import images and save projects
7.2 Permission Management
- You can manage permissions through your device settings
- Denying certain permissions may limit App functionality
- We only access these permissions when actively using relevant features
7.3 Push Notifications
- The App may request permission to send push notifications, delivered via OneSignal
- Notifications are opt-in and may include service updates, reminders, and occasional promotional messages
- You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings without affecting other App functionality

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 "As Is" Service
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
